Session policy

A straightforward overview of booking, delivery and what happens if your plans change.

Booking & payment

Once we have agreed a date, a 50% booking payment secures the session for you. The remaining 50% is due after the session, on the same day. Your selection gallery will be sent once the session has been paid in full. Appointments are arranged personally rather than booked automatically through the website.

Rescheduling

If you let me know at least 48 hours before the session, we can reschedule once and your existing booking payment will carry over to the new date.

Cancellation with at least 48 hours’ notice

If you decide to cancel and not reschedule, the 50% booking payment is retained to cover the time and studio reserved for you. The remaining balance is not due.

Changes within 48 hours

If illness or a cancellation means the session cannot go ahead with less than 48 hours’ notice, the booking payment is retained. Any future session is treated as a new booking at the full session fee.

Finished images & delivery

Your session includes six professionally retouched headshots. The standard 10-day delivery window begins once you send your final selection of six images. A 24-hour turnaround can be arranged in advance for an additional 1,000 NOK.

Optional extras

Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory rights you may have under Norwegian consumer law.
