Who is responsible

Ash Matthews is responsible for personal information handled through Ash Matthews Foto. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to studio@ashmatthewsfoto.com.

Information collected

When you use the enquiry form, the information collected is your name, email address, preferred dates or period, message and, if you choose to provide it, your Instagram handle.

How it is used

This information is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss availability and, if you decide to book, take the steps needed to arrange and provide your session. It is not used for mailing lists or unrelated marketing.

Form and email providers

Website enquiries are transmitted through FormSubmit and delivered to the Ash Matthews Foto Google Workspace inbox. These providers process information as part of delivering the form and email services. You can read FormSubmit’s privacy information and Google’s privacy policy.

How long it is kept

Enquiry correspondence is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential or confirmed booking, maintain necessary business records and resolve any follow-up questions. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

Your choices and rights

You may ask what personal information is held about you and request that inaccurate information be corrected or information be deleted where applicable. You may also object to or ask for restrictions on certain processing. Contact studio@ashmatthewsfoto.com to make a request. You may also raise a concern with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet.

Cookies and analytics

Ash Matthews Foto does not currently use advertising, visitor analytics or marketing cookies on this website.
